Claire manages the Nuffield Trust’s website and social media activities, and is responsible for delivering the Trust’s diverse programme of e-communications.  She plays a lead role in the editing and production of all content for the website, including all audio and video materials.

Claire led on delivering, for the first time, a social media presence for the Nuffield Trust with their Twitter account (@NuffieldTrust) launched in July 2010 and is currently further developing the Trust’s social media strategy.

More recently, Claire project managed a major redevelopment of the Nuffield Trust’s website, which was named winner of the 'Health and Healthcare' category at the 2011 BIMA Awards. The project was a full-scale redevelopment from full discovery with audience consultation, persona development, and stakeholder workshops through to design and build.

Claire joined the Trust in September 2008. She is a graduate in Chinese and History from the University of Leeds, and is currently working towards a Professional Diploma in Marketing through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
