Daniel is the Director of Communications at NHS Providers and was formerly Director of Communication at the Nuffield Trust.
Daniel joined the Nuffield Trust in October 2009 having worked for eight years in press and public affairs roles at The King’s Fund. By the time he left The King’s Fund, Daniel was the organisation’s Head of Press and Public Affairs having been promoted to that position in 2004.
Before joining The King’s Fund, Daniel was a news reporter at British Sky Broadcasting. This followed an 18 month spell as a news reporter at a local newspaper.
Daniel graduated in 1999 with a degree in politics and journalism. He became a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in September 2007 after completing the CIPR’s post-graduate diploma in public relations.
He has an MSc in Public Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, which he completed in September 2014.
