Vidhu has over 20 years’ experience as a GP partner at Ann Jones Family Health Centre – a teaching practice – now part of the Modality Partnership in Greater Birmingham.
For many years he was an active member of the Small Practices Association (SPA, now called the Family Doctors Association – an educational charity aimed at improving quality of care in small practices). He has also held many leadership roles in the Birmingham area, including having chaired two Primary Care Groups, acted as the lead GP in the local GP consortium, and undertaken governance and contract negotiation roles at local Primary Care Trusts.
