Femi joined the Nuffield trust in October 2010 as Assistant to Martin Bardsley, Head of Research and Anita Charlesworth, Chief Economist.

She previously worked for CHIVA Africa as Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Director.

She is a law graduate with a LLM in International Law from the University of Surrey.
