As Press and Public Affairs Manager, Frank plays a lead role in managing our relationships with the media, government, parliamentary and other key influencers.

Prior to joining the Trust in January 2011, he worked in similar roles at the Royal College of Physicians and at the national campaign body Alcohol Concern. On a technical level he is mostly interested in the ways that good communication can help bridge the gap between the national policy making and local action, and in the dynamics of thought leadership. Frank graduated from Edinburgh in 2005.
