Jen joined the Nuffield Trust in November 2008 becoming the Resources Manager in November 2010. Her responsibilities extend to management of the Trust premises, facilities and services to provide a suitable and efficient working environment for staff and visitors alike.
Jen is currently auditing the internal utilities and communications infrastructure with a view to redesign and process improvement. Additional key assignments include the strategic planning for long-term space management and the development of a comprehensive health and safety scheme. She has also drawn on her prior career in public and voluntary sector HR with Amnesty International to design and implement a full induction programme.
Jen also works on the finance team, drawing on her background in corporate finance with PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP. She hopes to develop this aspect of her role through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification.
