Siva Anandaciva is the Head of Analysis at NHS Providers, the membership body for NHS trusts and foundation trusts providing acute, ambulance, community and mental health services. At NHS Providers Siva leads a team focusing on NHS provider finances, workforce and informatics. The analysis team identifies and shares learning and good practice amongst NHS providers, and influences the national policy agenda on their behalf.
Prior to joining NHS Providers Siva was an analyst on the Fast Stream graduate management scheme at the Department of Health, working on urgent and emergency care policy, the national community pharmacy contract and the NHS drugs bill. Since October 2014 Siva has been a governor of the Homerton University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
