Andrew Taylor is a co-founder of Aldwych Partners, a specialist consultancy advising on competition issues in the NHS. Andrew's experience spans mergers, commissioning disputes, state aid and anti-competitive behaviour. 

Most recently, Andrew has been leading the competition team advising Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals NHS FT and Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS FT on their engagement with the Competition & Markets Authority as it reviews their planned merger.

Prior to establishing Aldwych Partners, Andrew was the inaugural Director of the former Cooperation and Competition Panel (now part of Monitor), and Senior Director, Inquiries at the former Competition Commission (now the Competition & Markets Authority).
