The majority of recent Nuffield Trust publications are available as free downloads in PDF form from the publications area of the website, certain publications are available in electronic format on request only, due to their size.

To view a PDF file you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader , version 4.0 or later.

 Publications which are jointly published are not available in PDF format, however hard copies may be available to purchase from Radcliffe Publishing  www.radcliffe-oxford.com or The Stationery Office www.tso.co.uk.

FAQs

How do I change or cancel an order?

  • You can cancel an order provided that it has not yet been dispatched by signing into your Google Checkout account and selecting Purchase History.
  • Clicking through to View Order allows you to Contact Nuffield Trust by completing an online request form where you can change or cancel your order. 

Where is my order?

  • To track the status of your order – the View Order button also allows you to see whether the item has been despatched.
  •  In Progress: your order is being processed and the order has not yet been dispatched
  • Shipped: your order has been despatched
  • We will send you an email when the item is dispatched to confirm that it is on its way. Please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed.

Delivery charges

Price includes free delivery to the UK mainland.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. The cost of overseas deliveries will be calculated on an individual basis. Please contact info@nuffieldtrust.org.uk for a price.

Order and returns information

Returns procedure

  • We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition
  • Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
  • If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
  • Please post any returns indicating your name and order number to:

If you have taken delivery of an item that is damaged we can offer a full refund including the cost of postage. Please notify us of the item’s condition upon receipt and return it by post within 30 days to the address above.
