Moving on from mental hospitals to community care: A case study of change in Exeter

This report, describing the actual experience of moving away from an outdated institution-based system, to one more suited to the needs of the 21st century, offers inspiration as well as practical knowledge to the many places (in Britain as well as in other countries) where large mental hospitals continue to provide the main form of care.
