The Nuffield Trust’s second Annual Health Strategy Summit brought together UK and international health leaders to examine how the NHS should respond as it enters a period of rising demand and unprecedented economic uncertainty.
The Summit analysed the strategic, clinical and managerial issues confronting health leaders in three key related areas – efficiency, integrated care and competition – and provided new insights into improving health care at this critical stage in the NHS reform agenda.
Dr Martin Bardsley, Head of Research, The Nuffield Trust, and Adam Steventon, Senior Research Analyst, The Nuffield Trust, present at Session 3: Reform lab: Concurrent Session 3: Stemming demand: How can we track what works.
The session was chaired by Tim Kelsey, Chair, Executive Board, Dr Foster Intelligence Limited.
