Josep Figueras: Current trends in pay for performance

In this video interview, Dr Josep Figueras, Director of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and Head of WHO European Centre on Health Policy, provides an overview of pay for performance – a payment model that rewards health care providers for meeting pre-established performance targets.
