How quickly are NHS 111 answering calls this winter?

The percentage of calls answered within 60 seconds are the average daily percentage of all calls answered that were answered within 60 seconds, by week.

The number of calls received is the average number of calls received in a day, by year. Data for 2021/22 is the average for the year to date from week 48 to week 2 (week ending 16 January 2022).

Data for the number of calls abandoned this winter is not comparable to previous years, when only calls abandoned after a wait of at least 30 seconds were reported.
