It will feature Jonathan Serjeant, GP and co-founder of NHS Collaborate - a self-evolving community of practice for leaders, by leaders. NHS Collaborate has a simple purpose: to ensure that no leader in at-scale provision of primary care feels alone or unsupported.
In this webinar, Jonathan will discuss his own personal leadership journey, and how this led him to champion a new form of leadership that values listening, vulnerability, purpose and risk-taking. With the help of GP and NHS colleagues, he will explore how NHS Collaborate – with its unique and optimistic outlook – is helping to create a mutually supportive and enduring community of primary care leaders, confident in their ability to transform NHS care.
