Caitlin joined the Nuffield Trust in 2025, supporting a range of functions across both the Communications and Operations teams. Before joining the Trust, she held several roles within programme teams, including working in the work experience team of an education charity and in the social policy team of an international consultancy. She holds a BA in Social Anthropology from SOAS, graduating in 2024.
