Cyril joined the Nuffield Trust in June 2022 as a mixed methods Research Assistant. He works across a broad range of projects, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Prior to joining the Trust, Cyril worked as an Insight Analyst for a survey-based market research company. His work includes social care, workforce, the Nuffield Trust’s Brexit programme, and QualityWatch.
In 2020, Cyril received an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, with a strong emphasis on Global Health, and focused his dissertation on the causal factors behind the unequal educational outcomes of the Roma ethnic minority. He also holds a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences (Politics and International Relations specialisation) from the University of Cambridge.
