Danielle is a junior doctor currently undertaking an academic placement with the Health Policy team.  Having achieved a Masters of Research in Medical Sciences with distinction during her medical training at The University of Manchester, Danielle went on to work as an Academic Foundation Programme Trainee in Greater Manchester, rotating through a variety of placements including A&E, Acute Medicine and General Practice.

She has trained in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods; published in several peer reviewed academic journals and presented her work both nationally and internationally. Her research interests include epidemiology, the health of older people, frailty and health inequality.
