Jessica is a Fellow at the Nuffield Trust.
She joined the Trust as a Research Analyst for the QualityWatch programme in October 2017. She has special interests in quality improvement projects and global public health.
Prior to this Jessica worked at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Centre for Quality Improvement on the Achieving Better Access project which was commissioned by NHS England. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at Imperial College’s Department for Primary Care and Public Health, where she worked on a local population disease prevalence model for heart failure.
Jessica graduated with a Master of Public Health from Imperial College London for which she was awarded a Distinction, and achieved the Dean’s Prize for Best MPH Global Stream Student. Her dissertation was titled “Physical activity and risk of colorectal cancer in the UK Biobank”, and has recently been published in the British Journal of Cancer. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree from the University of Nottingham.
