Lucina is an interim Fellow at the Trust, having joined as a Researcher in February 2019. She has a particular interest in the NHS workforce.
Prior to joining the Trust, Lucina worked on the NHS RightCare programme at NHS England. She has previously worked as an Analyst at NHS Digital, where she led on the analyses for the Survey of Adult Carers in England (SACE) publication. She has also conducted analyses on a dataset linking NHS 111 and Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data, as a means to assess triage accuracy and patient compliance to 111 advice.
Lucina holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of York.
