Rob joined the Nuffield Trust in April 2017. He works within the Finance and Administration team but works closely with all members of the Trust promoting compliance around information governance (IG) issues. His responsibilities are around the day-to-day management of IG, maintaining our ISO27001 certification and acting as the key contact person for IG issues.
Rob also works closely with the Research Team in obtaining approvals for access to data and ensuring appropriate agreements and compliance checks are in place.
Prior to joining the Trust, Rob worked in the NHS since 2007 and has experience working for large NHS Trust’s including as the Information Governance Manager at Central Manchester NHS. Rob has also participated in other charity work with the Scout Association and various challenge events including the Greater Manchester Marathon.
Rob left the Trust in June 2018.
