Ruth is a research associate at the Public Health Translational Team at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. She is from the United Kingdom and joined PHTT after her family relocated to Singapore on international assignment.
She is a former research associate of the Nuffield Trust. She has worked within the NHS and has provided research expertise to the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, the Department of Health, Public Health England and individual hospital trusts. Ruth has a first class Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree Biological in Sciences from the University of Exeter and a master’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Birmingham.
