Shahrazad Kolsi is a Senior Economist at Monitor. She joined Monitor in January 2012 and has led Monitor’s recent work on researching local price setting and contracting approaches for services with no national price.
Before joining Monitor, Shahrazad worked as an Economic Consultant for five years at Europe Economics proving economic advice to regulators across a wide range of industry sectors including, energy, telecommunications, water, defence, transport and financial services.
