As director of development and employment at NHS Employers, Sue supports the work of her team incorporating workforce development and assurance, staff experience, and organisational development. Sue is also a key representative with networks and stakeholders, driving forward NHS Employers’ programmes of work across the UK. Sue brings great experience to the organisation from her previous role as director of human resources at trusts in the north of England including South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where she supported the organisation through a period of significant change and achievement. Sue is a member of both the CIPD and the IHM. She has an MA with distinction in Leading Innovation and Change and is a qualified coach.
