Equity in health & healthcare: views from ethics, economics & political science: proceedings from a meeting of the Health Equity Network

The reports in this collection of papers cover the same broad subject (equity in health care) in very different ways. These include an ethical perspective on the relationship between health care provision and public morality and an economic perspective on patient choice.
