This report is concerned with the boundary problems that arise in providing health care across various agencies and examine how the UK can learn from models of excellence in other countries. The two reports in the series describe the findings of a nine-month study fellowship examining long-term and mental health care in the United States of America, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden.
