A gradual expansion of health care has taken place from the 1960s to the present time. The author believes the first decade of the new century should and will focus on its global aspects.
This paper looks at the main features of pronouncements by important United States and United Kingdom organisations on involvement of their nations in health care concerns and discusses trends in international health.
