Dr Rakhee Shah is a paediatric registrar based in London and is a Research Associate at the Association for Young People’s Health (AYPH).
Rakhee is a co-author on AYPH’s 2017 edition of Key Data on Young People, which is a national publication that consists of a compendium of health specific data for young people aged 10-24. Rakhee is also a co-author on The Health Foundation’s recent The social determinants of young people’s health paper.
Rakhee has also recently been appointed as a Clinical Fellow by the National Guideline Alliance to develop the Infants, Children and Young People’s experience of healthcare NICE guideline.
In addition, Rakhee has just completed a master’s degree in public health at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and is passionate about child and adolescent public health and policy.
