This diagram represents the key organisations in England involved in commissioning and regulating health care in prisons. Prison health care in Wales is commissioned separately. 

*The responsibilities of Public Health England have now been split into the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (as of 1st October 2021) and the UK Health Security Agency (formed 1st April 2021).

#Integrated Care Systems are partnerships responsible for providing integrated care to their communities. From April 2022, ICSs will be replace CCGs and be responsible for commissioning health care services in their area.
