Alice Hartley is a Urology Trainee in the North of England and is currently in her second year of a PhD looking at prostate cancer biomarkers. She has been a member of the RCSEd Trainees' Committee since 2013, and is the RCSEd Trainee Member of Council. She has been involved with various College initiatives and currently chairs the RCSEd campaign against undermining and bullying in surgery
