Sarah Clark is a research associate at University College London (UCL) School of Public Policy, working on the ESRC project, ‘Social Contract, Deliberative Democracy and Public Policy’. She also works on a UCL-National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) collaboration on international comparative analyses of decision making in health, entitled ‘Social Values and Health Priority Setting.’ 

Sarah’s research interests include resource allocation in health, bioethics, theories of justice and the ethics and process of public policy-making.

Sarah co-authored the research report: Information governance in health: An analysis of the social values involved in data linkage studies (Nuffield Trust, 2011) with Professor Albert Weale from UCL, and wrote a guest blog for the Nuffield Trust in the same month: Accessing health care data: the importance of collective reasoning.
