The report focuses on two main areas of importance for doctors' health: the working environment for junior hospital doctors; and the needs for, and provision of, counselling services for both hospital doctors and general practitioners.
The aim is to identify the extent to which good practices are being adopted locally in terms of the work environment for junior hospital staff, and to identify current availability and acceptability of counselling services for doctors.
