Question asked: ‘All in all, how satisfied or dissatisfied would you say you are with the way in which the National Health Service runs nowadays?’
* the question on contact with inpatient services was asked of a random third of the sample. This smaller group had a lower level of satisfaction overall, than the full sample: 52 per cent in 2017 and 50 per cent in 2018.
** no contact by the respondent or their family and friends.
