Natasha Curry joined the Nuffield Trust in 2011 as a Senior Fellow in Health Policy. Prior to joining the Trust, she worked as a Fellow in Health Policy at the King’s Fund for six years.
Natasha has researched and published on a range of topics, including clinical commissioning, integrated care, primary care, risk prediction, long-term conditions and NHS reform. The main focus of her time at the Nuffield has been on primary care – developing our work looking at the evolution of large-scale general practice.
Natasha also has an interest in international health and social care systems. She has recently visited Japan to study their long-term care insurance system, and will be updating the paper she published on the Japanese system in 2013.
Previously, Natasha has worked as a consultant in health at Matrix Research and Consultancy Ltd and as the evaluations officer at the Chinese National Healthy Living Centre. She has a degree in geography from Cambridge University.
